The accused runs a clothes shop in Chinhat itself. On Tuesday, he had gone out for a walk with a female friend. Both the people reached Hazratganj. After reaching the main road, on Vicky’s request, the girl sat with him in an indecent manner. Passengers recorded the video of this act and uploaded it on social media. As soon as it came in front, the police caught the accused Vicky on the basis of the scooter number.
