They will also get information about the action taken on complaints and suggestions through these two platforms.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that with these two platforms, speedy resolution of people’s problems would be possible. This arrangement has been made keeping in mind the expectations of the people. Any person from his/her home in remote rural areas can submit his or her public complaint, request letter or suggestion on the app and website. People can also see the details of the action taken on the letter sitting at home.
People will also be able to know about the progress of the complaint letter, prayer letter given in Janata Darshan, Deputy Chief Minister’s office or public hearing by clicking on the link of the website. Anyone can get his photo from the library after meeting him (Deputy Chief Minister). He said that it is a matter of pleasure that it was launched on the birth anniversary of Saint Ravidas.
