The Police Commissioner said that for the appointment of outpost in-charge, it would be necessary that the concerned SI should have completed at least one year of service. The maximum age for the appointment of Chowki Incharge has been fixed at 58 years. SIs older than this will not be considered for the post.
The certificate related to the integrity of the inspector should not have been stopped in the last 3 years. There should not have been any serious punishment or adverse entry in the last 1 year. The Police Commissioner said that it would be possible to appoint the outpost in-charge only from the approved list. The approved list will be prepared in the first week of every month under the chairmanship of DCP with new facts.
