The condition of education will improve in most backward blocks of UP, standards fixed

The condition of basic education will improve in the most backward blocks of the state. Around 120 youths selected under the CM Fellowship Scheme have started work. Now the Basic Education Department will set the standards of every month’s evaluation for young professionals. Director General School Education Vijay Kiran Anand has issued an order in this regard.

These youths will cooperate with the officials in implementing the block development plan. They will be called in the meeting of the concerned blocks and further strategy will be decided on the basis of their feedback. These young researchers will conduct a survey in these schools and prepare an action plan according to the deficiencies there. They will keep the data of the academic progress of the block and conduct all the monthly meetings on the basis of the data. ARP will continuously encourage teacher clusters to help them with what they need to focus on from an academic point of view. BSA will evaluate their works.

This scheme is being implemented by NITI Aayog on the lines of aspirational districts. Professional youth from different fields have been selected in this. Most of the youth are management or masters degree holders. This fellowship is for four years. These youths will work with the District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer and departmental officers on the standards of Skilled India and will report to the State Project Directorate.
