In Talkatora Kotwali, Lucknow, a female employee of Bank of India has filed a case against her manager for molesting and indecent acts. She has alleged that the manager is pressurizing her to get close with his friends. Being fed up with his antics, he has appealed to the police for justice.
According to Talkatora Inspector Ritesh Kumar Singh, a few days ago the bank manager Saurabh Srivastava gave a lift in his car on the pretext of dropping him home. On the way, he molested and did obscene acts. Threatened to get fired on protest. When she remained silent, one day he called her at home on the pretext of office work. Here also he tried to do wrong. When he raised an alarm, he was beaten up. After this, he made pressure to keep close to his friends as well. She was horrified at his action. Then after informing the family members, he lodged a complaint at the Talkatora police station.
Threat of suicide if action is not taken
The victim told the inspector that if action was not taken against the manager on her complaint, she would commit suicide. The inspector assured him of quick action. A case has been registered in this. Evidence is being collected.
