Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat made a big statement on casteism in Indian society on Sunday. He said that all are one for God. There is no caste or varna among them. The category created by pundits was wrong. After his statement, Samajwadi Party leader Swami Prasad Maurya has once again reiterated his demand on Shri Ramcharit Manas. He said that RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has exposed the so-called religious contractors and hypocrites who abuse women, tribals, Dalits and backward people in the guise of religion. At least now come forward to remove the objectionable comment from Ramcharit Manas.
Swami Prasad Maurya made two tweets. In a tweet, he wrote that by saying that the caste system was created by Pandits (Brahmins), RSS chief Mr. Bhagwat exposed the contractors and hypocrites of the so-called religion who abuse women, tribals, Dalits and backward people in the guise of religion. At least now come forward to remove the objectionable comment from Ramcharitra Manas.’ In another tweet, Swamy wrote, ‘If this statement is not out of compulsion, then by showing courage, telling the central government, using caste-based words from Ramcharitmanas, to call it mean, mean and torturing, humiliating women, tribals, Dalits and backward people. Delete comments. It is not going to work just by giving statements and covering it up.
Let us inform that while speaking in a program, the RSS chief had said that others always took advantage of the division of our society. Taking advantage of this, there were attacks in our country and people from outside took advantage. Is there a fear of destruction of Hindu society in the country? No Brahmin can tell you this, you have to understand. Along with livelihood, we also have a responsibility towards the society. When every work is for the society, then how did some become high, some low or some different?
Bhagwat said that God has always said that all are one for me. There is no caste or varna among them. The category created by pundits was wrong. Conscience and consciousness are all one in the country. There is no difference between them. Just the opinions differ. We did not try to change the religion.
