Shock to SP MLA Irfan Solanki, bail application rejected by Allahabad High Court

SP MLA Irfan Solanki has also got a setback from the High Court. In the case of arson in the plot registered against him in Jajmau, the bail application was canceled by the High Court. After the rejection of the bail application from the Sessions Court, the MLA’s lawyer had filed an application in the High Court.

After arguments from both the sides in the Allahabad High Court, the application was dismissed. A woman resident of Defense Colony Jajmau has filed a report against MLA Irfan Solanki from Sisamau seat of Kanpur for arson in the plot with the intention of encroachment.

Police has sent the MLA and his brother Rizwan Solanki to jail in the case. An appeal was made in the High Court after the bail application given by Irfan in the sessions court was rejected. The High Court rejected the bail application of Jajmau’s old widow woman, taking the case of burning the house and grabbing the land as a serious crime.

The prosecution argued that the accused legislators are influential. Witnesses can be influenced after bail. MLA’s advocate Gaurav Dixit told that the bail application has been rejected. An appeal will be made to the Supreme Court.
