The difficulties of SP MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother Rizwan Solanki, who are trapped in the arson and fake Aadhaar case, are not taking the name of abatement. The court of Special Judge Gangster Act ADJ-5 Chandragupta has rejected the bail applications of both the accused on Monday. In this case, he will have to remain in jail for the time being.
On behalf of the prosecution, criminal history of 16 cases against Irfan and eight cases against Rizwan was presented, on the basis of which the court rejected the application after hearing for two hours. After being transferred from the District Judge Court, the bail application in the gangster case has come to the Special Judge Gangster Court. The debate started in the gangster court around 12 noon. The defense counsel said that Irfan is a member of the Legislative Assembly, he was falsely implicated due to political malice.
In only one case registered, a case of gangster was registered against the MLA, charge sheet was not even filed on that. That’s why the MLA and his brother should be given bail. Protesting before the court, ADGC Ghanshyam Srivastava and Bhaskar Mishra said that a charge sheet has been filed against both of them in the case of arson. The investigation of the gangster is going on. During this, a list of cases was also presented.
The prosecution said that Irfan Solanki has an organized gang, in which Rizwan Solanki, Israel Atewala, Sharif and Shaukat Ali are active members. Due to their crime, there is fear in the public. If the MLA and his brother get bail, then they can tamper with the evidence and run away abroad. After hearing the arguments, the court dismissed the application.
