The roadways bus of Siddharthnagar depot going from Barabanki towards Bahraich collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction near Bindaura village of Masauli police station area. The roadways bus was blown away in the accident that happened at around 12 o’clock on Sunday night. 19 passengers on the bus were injured in the incident. Who were admitted to the Community Health Center, Badagaon. In which four were referred to the district hospital in critical condition.
The bus from Siddharth Nagar depot was going towards Bahraich via Lucknow. When she reached near the Bindaura canal at around 12:00 in the night, suddenly the animals released from the front came. The driver took the bus to another fork, meanwhile the bus collided with a truck coming from Ramnagar towards Barabanki. The bus was completely blown away in a head-on collision. There was chaos after the accident. Hearing the call of the passengers, the people of the surrounding villages and passers-by gathered. On information, the police of Masauli police station reached the spot and with the help of the villagers pulled out the passengers trapped inside the bus. The 19 injured passengers were sent by ambulance to the Community Health Center, Baragaon for treatment. Seeing the serious condition of four passengers at the Community Health Center, they were referred to the district hospital. 15 passengers with minor injuries were released after treatment at CSC. All castes were sent to their respective homes by the police in other vehicles.
