Papers were being bought from Lucknow by paying an amount of Rs 2 to 3 lakhs and were being sold here in Delhi-NCR area for a hefty amount. A case has been registered against the accused at Kankarkheda police station. CTET exams are being conducted online across the country. Meerut STF team got information that a gang is working for cheating by leaking CTET exam papers. After this STF started monitoring some suspected accused. The STF nabbed two Swift riders Sombir and Mehak Singh in Kankarkheda area of ​​Meerut on Tuesday afternoon. The same gang had burgled the CTET exam held on January 13. The paper of the examination held on that day has been found in the mobile of the accused, which came on WhatsApp even before the commencement of the examination. With the help of this paper, the accused had made candidates cheat at some places in Delhi, Mathura, Faridabad and West UP. A case has been registered against both of them at Kankarkheda police station.

Used to copy by taking Rs 2.50 lakh

During interrogation of the accused, it was revealed that both the accused used to cheat each candidate by taking Rs 2 to 2.50 lakh. The accused told that about one to two hours before the commencement of the examination, the paper used to go to them from Lucknow itself. After this, the questions are reminded to the candidates from whom the money is taken. This is how copying was being done.

Paper was taught in the lab

During interrogation, it was revealed that before the C-TET exam held on January 13, the question paper had arrived on Mehaksingh’s mobile at around 7 am. After this, the teachers taught the candidates of 9.30 am shift at Apex Online Solution Lab, Faridabad. Apart from this, a girl student was also given a paper at Badarpur Delhi Border Metro Station.

Lucknow’s Coaching Center Director Master Mind

STF ASP Brijesh Singh told that the leader of the gang, Amit Singh, is a resident of Lucknow. Mehak Singh used to buy paper from Lucknow resident Amit Singh. Amit has done PhD and runs a coaching center called The Master Hub. This coaching center is now running online also. Amit was getting the paper from Lucknow and Delhi. Lucknow STF is looking for Amit. At the same time, STF is taking action in Delhi and Lucknow in search of paper supplies to Amit.

1. Sombir s/o Madanlal r/o Village Khidwali, Sadar Rohtak, Haryana.
2. Mahaksingh s/o Hardayal Singh r/o Godharpur Deewana, Jamunapar Mathura.

it was recovered

The STF has recovered three mobile phones, two C-TET admit cards, two Aadhaar cards, a pendrive and a car from the accused.

ASP STF Brijesh Singh said that two accused have been arrested for leaking C-TET exam papers. The accused are being interrogated. The rest of the accused are also being searched.
