In Itaunja area of ​​Lucknow, Lekhpal, who came to check the construction work being done on the government land, was beaten up by the goons. The goons snatched the map and tore it. Itonja police is investigating by registering a case on Tahrir.

Anand Srivastava, a resident of Laharpur in Sitapur, is posted as Lekhpal in BKT tehsil. According to Anand, a complaint was received about construction work being done on government land in Umaria village. He had reached Umriyaon village for investigation at around 4 pm on Sunday. He was measuring, meanwhile Shyamlal and Hiralal of the village started abusing him. On protesting against this, both of them together thrashed him. Snatched the map and other papers from his hands and tore them. He suffered injuries to his hands and legs during the fight. Somehow the accused calmed down on the rescue between the people around.

According to Inspector Itaunja, investigation is being done by registering a case against the accused Shyamlal and Hiralal on Tahrir of the victim Lekhpal Anand in other cases including assault and obstructing government work.
