Test cricket requires a specialist wicketkeeper. Bharat and Ishaan are the two specialist wicketkeepers in the team. It is the work of the team management that whom they choose.

Rishabh Pant has been away from cricket after a car accident, while Ishaan Kishan has become the first choice wicket-keeper batsman in white ball cricket, but in Test cricket it seems that KS Bharat will make his Test debut in Nagpur.
