In the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri case adjacent to the Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi, the mutual fight between the five women has deepened. On behalf of the husband of one plaintiff, a case has been registered against the advocate of the other plaintiff on several charges including cheating. Sohanlal Arya, the husband of the case’s plaintiff Laxmi Singh and advocate of the case, has filed a case against Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh President Jitendra Singh Bisen for cheating and threatening in the name of the flat. By registering a case on the Tahrir of Sohanlal Arya, a resident of Surajkund, the Luxa police is engaged in the investigation. Jitendra Singh Bisen is the uncle of Rakhi Singh, another litigant in the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri case, and advocate on her behalf.
In Tahrir, Sohanlal Arya told that Jitendra Singh Bisen had told him about the flat being sold in an acquaintance’s multi-storey building in Noida. Said that he will get them a flat on cheap and instalment. Asked for three lakh rupees for booking the flat. On November 11, 2021, Sohanlal Arya gave one lakh rupees through RTGS.
On December 9, 2021, the remaining two lakh rupees were transferred to his account. Even after one year the flat was not booked. Nor returned the booking money. It is alleged that Jitendra Singh Bisen is threatening to kill or be implicated in a case for demanding the money back.
Sohan Lal Arya and Jitendra Singh Visen used to be together till a year ago. Rakhi Singh and four other women, Sita Sahu, led by Jitendra Singh Visen, filed a case in Varanasi district court regarding the regular darshan-worship of Maa Shringar Gauri as well as the demand for complete arrangements for the protection of idols of other deities present in Gyanvapi. It was filed by Manju Vyas, Rekha Pathak and Laxmi Devi.
Last year, when the advocate commissioner started the process of commission in the Gyanvapi campus, differences started among the Hindu parties. Now the condition is that Rakhi Singh and her advocate Jitendra Singh are a separate faction of Visen. On the other hand, Sita Sahu, Rekha Pathak, Manju Vyas and Lakshmi Devi as well as their advocate Sohan Lal Arya have different factions. Both the parties are seen standing against each other in the court as well as accusing each other on the coming days.
