Brij Bhushan Singh, who has a Bahubali image, has also been accused of having connections with the underworld. TADA was imposed on Brijbhushan, he was lodged in Tihar Jail

Brij Bhushan was accused of harboring the same shooters who killed the Gawli gang shooters who killed Ibrahim Kaskar, brother-in-law of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. TADA was imposed on him in this case and remained in Tihar Jail. The investigation of the case was handed over to the CBI, in which he was given a clean chit. The court acquitted Brij Bhushan.
