Dum biryani is a one-pot dish that has its own unique touch of flavours. As you seal the vessel with dough or foil, the aromatic steam of different spices and herbs fuse into one another. These infused flavours are kept within the pot until the dish is served. You can add chicken or mutton to the dum biryani. Here’s a recipe for dum biryani.
