Allahabad High Court Giving great relief, has stayed the arrest of 3 including Mukhtar Ansari’s driver Surendra Sharma. The arrest of Mafia Mukhtar Ansari’s driver Surendra Sharma, Gaus Mohiuddin and Mohammad Shahid has been stayed. The court has stayed the case registered on January 20, 2023 at Mohammadabad police station in Ghazipur. In this case, the High Court has also sought a reply from the UP government in 4 weeks. The next hearing of the matter is to be held on March 31. Before this, the UP government will have to present its answer before the court in the matter.
It may be noted that Manoj Rai’s father Shailendra Kumar Rai, who was killed in the Usri Chatti incident, had filed a complaint against five including Mukhtar. In this, along with Mukhtar Ansari, his driver Surendra Sharma was also involved. All have been accused of kidnapping and killing Manoj Rai. Please tell that in this case, the case was registered after 22 years. The complaint was lodged by Manoj Rai’s father.

Actually, there was a fatal attack on Mafia Mukhtar Ansari on 15 July 2001 in Ghazipur. At that time Mukhtar Ansari was going to Mau from his home in Mohammadabad. There was rapid firing on his convoy. Three people including their gunner were killed due to the firing. In the case, information about the injured and death was given from both the sides. Mukhtar Ansari accused the mafia Brijesh Singh and others of the attack.
According to the information, the contractor Manoj Rai was murdered on the day of this incident. It was reported that on the evening of 14 July 2001, Surendra Sharma (Mukhtar’s driver), Shahid, Gaus Moinuddin and Kamal went to his house and abducted Manoj and on the evening of 15 July 2001, there was information about the murder of Manoj in the house. Now, after 22 years, the police have filed a case under sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the IPC in this case.
