Grandson took grandfather to Mumbai on the pretext of treatment, by injecting drugs, grabbed land worth 21 lakhs and crores

In Ghazipur Kotwali, the old man has filed a case against the grandson for usurping land worth crores of rupees along with Rs 21 lakh by feeding him drugs. It is alleged that the grandson took the grandfather to Mumbai on the pretext of treatment. There he was fed intoxicating pills as medicine for a long time. After a complaint from ACP Ghazipur, the police have registered a case and started investigation.

Dada come with me, I will get better treatment

Triveni Prasad Pandey (86), a resident of Indiranagar C-Block, had built 13 shops in four thousand square feet near Indiranagar Shankarpurwa crossing. Triveni Prasad had two sons Arun and Ravindra. Those who have died. According to Triveni, some time ago grandson Harsh Pandey came to meet her and took her to Mumbai on the pretext of treatment. He has diabetes and the above blood pressure problem. After reaching Mumbai, he became more ill. After seeing the doctor, he was fed many pills in the name of medicine. Instead of benefiting from whom, Triveni started living in a state of intoxication. Because of this he became very weak.

21 lakhs were withdrawn from the cheque, the land was also transferred to his name

Triveni alleges that the grandson has made him unwell by feeding him medicines. During this, accused Harsh forcibly got grandfather’s signature on several cheques. Using which about 21 lakh rupees were withdrawn from three accounts of Triveni Prasad between August 19 and September 28. Harsh Pandey came to Lucknow from Mumbai on October 29. Taking the registrar’s office, the accused got the donation deed of the land situated at Shankarpurwa done in his favour. After this he was taken back to Mumbai. On November 14, the accused informed aunt Anita and cousin Kushagra about Triveni Prasad’s ill health. Anita and Kushagra reach Mumbai. Where after the condition improved, Triveni Prasad told about the actions of the grandson. After knowing the exploits of Harsh, the family brought Triveni Prasad to Lucknow.

According to the old man, along with grandson Harsh, his wife Pooja Tiwari, father-in-law Jai Prakash Tiwari and four other people are also involved in the forgery. Triveni Prasad met ACP Ghazipur after coming to Lucknow and informed him about the incident. After this, in view of the seriousness of the allegations, a report has been registered against Harsh, Pooja, Jai Prakash and their four companions in Ghazipur Kotwali for cheating in trust, forgery and threats on the basis of forged documents. Inspector Sunil Kumar Singh told that the matter is being investigated.
