Everyone talks about the two pillars of the current Indian cricket team, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Both these players have remained the backbone of Team India for the last several years due to their brilliant batting. In such a situation, there is often a discussion in world cricket that who is the better batsman among these two. When this question was asked to former Pakistan cricketer Sohail Khan, he described Rohit Sharma as a better batsman than Virat Kohli and said that he has been ruling the world cricket for the last 10-12 years.

Sohail Khan said on Nidar Ali’s podcast, ‘I respect Kohli because he is a very big batsman. But as a bowler, I think Rohit Sharma is a better batsman than him. His technique is amazing. He plays the ball very late, like he has all the time in the world.
When the anchor reminded him about Rohit’s recent struggles in limited-overs cricket, Sohail shut him up, saying, “He has dominated world cricket in the last 10-12 years.”
Apart from this, Sohail also talked about the fitness of Virat Kohli. He says that Kohli scores a lot of runs even after running well between the wickets, he is ready to take another run even after taking one run, but Rohit Sharma does not do this.
He said, ‘Kohli scores runs on the basis of his fitness. If he scores one run, he is immediately ready for the next. Rohit doesn’t do that. He scores one run and doesn’t even try for the next. Rohit has scored runs with his bat. Kohli scores runs with his bat and by running between the wickets. Again, it is a good thing because when you are so fit, you automatically reflect.
