Under the Adolescent Health Program, many students who reached the Adolescent Health Counseling Center ‘Sathiya’, operated in the district hospital, shared their increased stress regarding the board exams. Counselor Tariq Ansari said that the students clearly expressed the pressure from the parents to get good marks on them for not preparing for the exam as expected. Most of the examinees told the problem of loss of sleep and loss of appetite due to the increased stress of the exam. Doctor said, do not spoil the routine under the stress of examination

Doctors have advised the students not to disturb their daily routine under the stress of examination. IMA Moradabad Branch President Dr. Jitendra Kumar Sharma said that during the days of examination, sleep on time at night. The better the sleep, the better the concentration. Psychiatrist Dr. Neeraj Gupta said that 20 to 30 minutes of walking will refresh the mind and reduce exam stress. Taking a few deep breaths will be beneficial. Do not eat much food at once, eat little by little many times.
