Brother and wife cheated and grabbed land worth crores, case filed

In Lucknow’s BKT police station, a farmer has filed a case against his cousin and his wife for fraudulently grabbing land. The accused couple had got the farmer to sign the stamp paper on the pretext of taking the land on share. Police is probing the allegations.

Suresh Kumar Dwivedi, a resident of Itaunja Madhapur, is related to Mukesh Pandey, a resident of ward number-7. According to Suresh, after the death of father Kaushal Kishore, the ancestral land came in his share. Mukesh knew this thing. While conspiring, the accused pressurized the farmer several times to give the land on lease. Even after Suresh refused, the accused came home on July 24. Where the accused told that he had made a land deal with Shivam and Hitesh of the village itself. In whose deed, Suresh was asked to testify. Unaware of the intention of cousin Mukesh, Suresh went to Tehsil. Where the accused agreed to give the land to Suresh on several occasions. Mukesh got the stamp papers prepared in the name of wife Sandhya. On which Suresh was signed by getting entangled in talks. Then Mukesh got the land registered in his name with the help of his friends.

Suresh came to know about this after a long time. According to the victim, the cost of his land is around one crore rupees. Inspector BKT Virendra Tripathi told that investigation is being done after registering a case.
