Sipahi Achutanand, the leader of the gang who cheated in the online examination of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), had made 12 salwars sit at 9 centers of the city. All of them were given Rs 30,000 along with travel and hotel accommodation. All the salwars came from Bihar. Three salwars were arrested by STF and Achutanand made many such revelations. All the seven accused arrested were sent to jail.
STF Deputy SP Lal Pratap Singh’s team along with Achyutanand caught three salwars Rakesh Yadav, Manoj Kumar Jha, East Champaran resident Vivek Kumar Singh and original candidates Keshav Anand, Guddu Yadav and Manoj Yadav.
These people were interrogated for several hours. Rakesh Yadav revealed maximum secrets in this. Constable Achyutanand denied many of his statements, then the STF confronted him. Many more details came to light from this.
Old Salwar was called to Lucknow
Rakesh Yadav revealed that only old solvers were called to solve papers at online examination centers in Lucknow. Seven of the nine solvers have already become solvers in other competitive examinations. This examination has been conducted at 61 examination centers in 13 districts of UP.
STF raided Cinco Learning Center, Metro Metro Network Solution and Your Little Angel Home. Apart from these, nine more examination centers have come under the radar of STF. STF has taken many documents from here.
Searching for two close friends of the soldier
STF came to know from the Salwars that two people used to come to meet constable Achyutanand. These people made him stay in the hotel. Along with this, both of them helped in taking them to the examination centers at the behest of the constable. Both of them gave him Rs after the examination was over. Rakesh and Vivek could not tell more about these helpers.
According to the STF, these two salvors, who were close to the constable, did not talk on mobile phones. Along with this, the salwar was dropped at the examination center only 50 meters away. STF is trying to find out about them by scanning the footage of CC cameras installed around the examination centres.
STF in-charge SSP Vishal Vikram Singh said that other people associated with the gang are being traced. Action will be taken against many more original candidates and solvers.
