UP Politics: Samajwadi Party’s National President Akhilesh Yadav had a long conversation at the residence of Shivpal Singh Yadav in Lucknow on Monday. It is believed that in this discussion was held about giving Shivpal a new role in the party, the new state organization as well as the proposed movement in view of the Lok Sabha elections. After this meeting, the hopes of pro-Shivpal leaders, who recently joined SP from Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Praspa), have increased. He is hopeful that along with Shivpal, he will also get an important responsibility in the party.
After the death of Mulayam Singh Yadav, Shivpal Yadav completely joined the SP. Both were seen together on many occasions in Mainpuri. After the bumper victory of Dimple Yadav in the by-election, Shivpal merged his party Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party with SP. Along with this, he announced that now the SP flag will never be removed from his car. Since then it is believed that Shivpal and his supporters may get important responsibilities in the SP. Akhilesh Yadav also has to form a new national executive and state committee. It is believed that the supporters of Shivpal Yadav will also be given importance in this. Along with this, an important role in the party will also be decided for Shivpal Yadav’s son Aditya Yadav.

Akhilesh Yadav had recently said that uncle has now come completely with us. He is senior and experienced. He will be given a bigger role in the party. Akhilesh is facing options like making him the national general secretary, state president and leader of the opposition in the assembly.
