AAP’s protest at Modi’s parliamentary office in Varanasi over Adani case, scuffles trying to enter the office

Police got into a scuffle with AAP workers who were going to PM Modi’s parliamentary office to submit a memorandum against industrialist Gautam Adani. During this, in an attempt to stop the Aam Aadmi Party workers, there was a scuffle with the police. During the scuffle itself, the police have been accused of lathi charge and an AAP worker was injured. The police only admitted the injured worker to the hospital.
Shares of Gautam Adani’s companies have been falling continuously since Hindenburg’s report came out.

Due to this, the money of the people invested in Adani’s company is sinking. AAP leaders allege that the government got the money of many institutions, including LIC and SBI, invested in Adani’s companies by putting pressure on them. There is a possibility of drowning of this money also. Due to this, the hard earned money of small investors is going down.

On Tuesday, AAP workers prepared to go to the Prime Minister’s Parliamentary Public Relations Office at Jawahar Nagar Extension to submit a memorandum demanding investigation against Adani and saving the earnings of the common people.

When the officials and workers started entering the PM’s Parliamentary Public Relations Office to give memorandum to the in-charge, the policemen present there stopped them. On this both the sides started arguing and pushing. It is alleged that a policeman hit him with a stick. Due to this, worker Akhilesh got injured.

The police admitted him to the hospital. In the demonstration, Kashi Prant President Pawan Tiwari, Vice President Kailash Patel, District President Ramshankar Patel, Akhilesh Pandey, Ghanshyam Pandey and other office bearers also expressed anger on the police.
