69000 Shikshak Bharti: 3000 more claimants in teacher recruitment, pass candidates applied from one number

In the recruitment of 69000 teachers in council primary schools of UP, more than three thousand candidates have claimed for the appointment. Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi had sought representations by January 19 from such candidates who had filed petitions or appeals in the High Court by August 25, 2021. Till the last date, 3192 representations have been received. Now after examining the representation of these candidates and in case of being successful from one number, their appointment process will start.

A question of 69000 teacher recruitment exam held on January 6, 2019 had all four options wrong but one option was accepted by the experts of the exam regulatory authority as correct. In the petitions filed regarding this, the High Court had ordered on 25 August 2021 to declare the result of those candidates who tried to solve this question and failed by one number. Although the government appealed against the High Court order in the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court dismissed the government’s appeal.

Controversy over the list of 6800 continues
